Relax, we have your pool problems covered
Every swimming pool owner has his/her own unique personality, but also every swimming pool has its own unique personality and therefore needs to be treated uniquely. A swimming pool might just be a vessel in or on the ground that holds water, but that water, surface and equipment needs maintenance.
Our Maintenance offer includes weekly visits by two trained personnel who service the pool and equipment.
What is included in the service:
Brush steps, sides and bottom
Remove leaves and objects from pool
Clean baskets, pipes, weir and pool cleaner
Backwash and rinse of filter-sand to clean and remove dust and dirt
Check and rectify chemical balances by applying the necessary chemicals
Check all equipment and report any problems – we phone you and you decide if you want to do the repairs yourself or let us do it (extra cost)
Your Responsibilities
Keep the pool filled up. The pool needs to be filled up for the pool cleaner to work properly and for us to backwash when we visit your pool
Make sure that the pump runs for 8 – 12 hours every day depending on the size of your pool and our recommendation to ensure that the chemicals are distributed through all the water, that there is enough filtration and that the pool cleaner picks up all the dirt / dust
Ensure easy access to the pool on the service day
Pay your bill before the 7th of each month
What is not included in the service
Vacuuming of the pool. There must be a pool cleaner installed
Additional chemicals and visits due to negligence of your responsibilities. Additional charges may apply
